When using www.jewelleryminted.co.uk, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions.
Our website www.jewelleryminted.co.uk is regularly updated and worked on. We can change our terms at any time and without notice. All payment and refunds will be made to and refunded by Jewellery Minted Limited. These Terms & Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
Payments
When purchasing through Jewellery Minted Limited, all payments must be made online through www.jewelleryminted.co.uk. By using our services and making a purchase, you are agreeing to the price and our terms and conditions as stated.
Whilst we try to ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods you ordered, or due to circumstances beyond our control, prices may be altered, including any variations in VAT. We will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel after payment, you will receive a full refund. We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time without reason and issue a full refund.
Online Orders
Once an order has been made, we will send you an email confirmation. This is an automated response acknowledging your order; it does not complete your order.
Jewellery Minted Limited will not be liable in the following circumstances:
- We will always endeavour to fulfil your order; however, if items purchased are no longer available, we will contact you and a full refund will be issued.
- If the delivery address provided by the customer during ordering is not valid, we will contact you to verify it.
- Prices are live and may change.
- Items reserved are still live and may be purchased by anyone until final payment has been made.
- If you are making an order using our finance options, we can only deliver to your home address as provided on your finance agreement.
We reserve the right to cancel any orders even after receiving payments, and a refund will be issued.
Changes in Sizing
Ring sizes are in UK sizes. Sizing can be offered on rings at an additional cost if possible. Items being resized may have their hallmark removed. Variations in Imagery & Weight
Jewellery Minted Limited will take care to ensure images on our website are accurate. We are not liable for small imperfections. Measurements are approximate. Gemstone descriptions are opinions only and do not form any guarantee. Assessments are made using jeweller’s equipment.
New item weights may differ slightly due to manufacturing. The displayed weight is an average; the product received may weigh more or less than shown.
Delivery
We endeavour to dispatch and deliver items without delay. Provided all conditions are met, orders will be dispatched within 48 hours of acceptance.
We deliver to the United Kingdom including BFPOs. We do not deliver to the Channel Islands, PO Boxes, hotels, or storage units. Finance orders can only be delivered to the home address on the finance agreement. Jewellery Minted Limited is not responsible for items delivered to multiple-occupancy houses. Items appearing tampered with should be refused and returned.
We reserve the right to refuse delivery to unsafe, unlawful, or unreasonable addresses. Delays caused by the buyer failing to take delivery are not our responsibility.
Orders placed before 1pm are dispatched the same working day; after 1pm Friday, they are dispatched on Monday (excluding Bank Holidays).
All items are delivered by Royal Mail Special Delivery, requiring a signature. Delivery typically occurs within 24 hours of dispatch. If not received within 7 working days of dispatch, contact us at 0121 769 3633 or [email protected].
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are unhappy with purchased items, we offer an exchange or refund within 14 days of receiving your order. This does not affect statutory rights.
Faulty or damaged items must be reported within 14 days to be eligible for repair or refund.
Refunds are accepted only if items are unworn, in original packaging, and invoice included. Security tags must not be removed. Once broken, refunds/exchanges are nullified.
The buyer is responsible for return delivery costs. Refunds issued will deduct initial delivery cost. Refunds are processed within 48 hours; payments may take up to 5 working days depending on your bank.
We recommend using Royal Mail Special Delivery for returns and insuring items for the correct amount. Jewellery Minted Limited is not liable for damage or loss in transit. No refunds or exchanges on personalised or resized items. Earrings are non-refundable for hygiene reasons.

Valuation for Insurance
Items with a valuation for insurance will be sent with a valuation done by Birmingham Assay Office. Name changes must be processed through the Assay Office and may incur a cost.
